Mariella  Farina has more than 15 years experience in helping young people start up their business. She developed The Inner Compass in order to help youngsters to find their why, make better choices and create a path that matches their essence. Before that she followed courses in UK and USA ( including Antony Robbins) and worked  as an interim-manager in restructuring small businesses, combined with free-lance journalism for  2 Belgian national  newspapers. The Inner Compass is now a full coaching program with retreats.
